Colorado Landscape Supply – Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. General Terms
By placing an order with Colorado Landscape Supply (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated without notice. These apply to all purchases, including in-store, online, and phone orders.
Key Definitions:

Loose Bulk Product: Materials sold by the ton or cubic yard.

Product(s): All goods and services offered by Colorado Landscape Supply.

Delivery Location: The drop site you provide during checkout.

Events Outside Our Control: Weather, delivery delays, equipment failures, or any unforeseeable disruption outside our reasonable control.
2. Ordering & Modifications
Orders may be placed in-store, by phone, or online. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Changes requested after placing an order may result in delivery rescheduling or additional charges.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, pallet fees, and delivery charges may apply. Full payment is required prior to delivery unless approved account terms are in place.
4. Minimum Order Policy
A minimum of 3 tons or 3 yards is required for bulk material delivery. Orders below this threshold will not be scheduled for delivery.
5. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are generally made 3–5 business days after your order is placed to allow for processing and routing. We aim to drop material in the safest accessible location, even if you are not present.
Customers are responsible for providing a clear, unobstructed delivery area.
6. Refund Policy
🚫 NO REFUNDS will be issued once material is dropped from the delivery vehicle.
Due to the nature of bulk materials, we are unable to retrieve, verify, or restock delivered product.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur delivery or rescheduling fees.
8. Product Description & Variability
Natural products vary in color, size, and texture. Slight variations from samples or website photos are normal and not considered defects.
9. Limitation of Liability
Colorado Landscape Supply is not responsible for:

Property damage during delivery (including driveways, sprinklers, or landscaping)

Delays due to weather, traffic, or other external factors

Indirect or incidental losses tied to use of our products
10. Governing Law
All sales and services are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal disputes will be resolved within Colorado jurisdiction.
