No refunds will be issued after the material has been dropped from the delivery vehicle at the requested site.

We cannot retrieve, verify, or restock loose bulk materials once they have been delivered.

Delivery locations must be accessible, and customers are responsible for providing accurate placement instructions.

Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to a redelivery or restocking fee.
